Fell for the welcome deposit bonus from 500 рублёў, decided to top up and play for a test. I deposited via their deposit form using the first link with a virtual Visa the minimum deposit, sitting and waiting for it to arrive. The money was debited from the card, didn’t appear on the balance, the transaction shows status У апрацоўцы. I write to the casino support asking what the hell is this, where’s my money. They answer that you need to wait until the transaction status becomes Завершана, then if the money isn’t there – write to them again. I wait a day, then another. No money, transaction still pending. I write to the плацежны сэрвіс/пасярэднік support, attach the bill, the чэк, ask where my money is. They answer the same as the casino, wait for the Завершана status. and ЦУД! exactly two minutes after contacting the плацежны сэрвіс the transaction completes! what a holiday. 🙂
I write to the плацежны сэрвіс again, attach the чэк with the completed transaction, ask when the money will be available. They reply that they’re sending the чэк for payment verification, the check takes up to 7 (СЕМ!) ТЫДЗЕНЬ(!!!). And here’s what I thought. If their ДЭПОЗІТ(!!!) takes a ТЫДЗЕНЬ(!!!) with extra checks and other blackjacks, how long will withdrawals take in case of a possible win? I confess, I wanted to deposit 6000 рублёў right away to play, damn glad I didn’t.
Maybe it’s just bad weather in Honduras and I was the only one who had such a дрэнны start with this project, but keep this in mind just in case. As for me, I’m done with PokerDom it seems! 🙂
