I’m not a fan of writing reviews in general, and especially not about casinos, but…!!!
This is a completely different case, more of a cry from the heart than a review!!!
I’ve been playing at this place since August – at first nothing unusual: deposit – play – lose, deposit – play – lose, but as soon as I started winning some money, that’s when the most interesting stuff began.
I’ll pass on the verification – that’s a standard procedure for most casinos, but when it came to withdrawing funds, I realized I hadn’t seen the half of what online gambling can do!
At the time of a winning day, the total of my deposits was roughly 400,000 rubles, that was in early September. I managed to catch a few big hits and pushed the balance up to 1,500,000 rubles. My first withdrawal request confused me: you can withdraw, attention, no more than 25,000 per transaction. Fine, I created a request, thinking they wouldn’t stop me from making 50, 60 or more requests in one day – maybe two or three days – but it turned out the stated processing time of 36 hours is real. So each of my requests was processed in 36 hours (a couple of times it was 32-33 hours). That way I managed to withdraw 325,000 rubles, but the gambler in me took over and of course I blew 1,275,000 rubles in one session. I think that’s their bet – that a gambler will pour it all back in anyway.
All would be fine, but recently I won about 900,000 rubles again – wins like that because I mostly play max bets – and what happened? Another 10 days, only about 150,000 rubles withdrawn and another blowout!
I contacted support to increase the limit – always a refusal. The personal manager is just a total asshole, his whole job seems to be pushing you to play more; he calls constantly and insists that playing is good and the money will come someday. The line that the casino was created not for people to win but for people to deposit really made me lose it!!!
In short, here’s an example: if you hypothetically win 20,000,000 rubles, what will happen? Calculation:
20,000,000 / 25,000 = 800 requests
800 * 36 hours = 28,800 hours = 1,200 days or 3.5 years!!!
Whether to play here is up to you, but this is the absolute bottom of online casinos – the only one that might compete for that title is probably the Pobeda casino!!!
