I want to share my opinion about PINCO, I could dump a thousand screenshots and so on, but I think text is enough.
I’ve had VIP status for years, and the highest rank/title, 6 years on the project, 4 of those on Pin-up.
But not on the parody of it called Pinco, a shadow of the once-decent Pin-up platform — the project completely disappointed me, though I still gave it a couple more chances.
And it’s not even about the wins, but simply the laughable bonus policy, some fairy-tale VIP levels: elite, royal, premium, etc. — just made-up pictures in the VIP-club tab.
And instead of listing how much of what is required for each level (like on any normal project) there’s just a “more details” button that sends you to an operator who says “just be active and everything’s fine, everything grows there.” They only recently invented a little badge by the avatar.
And every week they congratulate you for becoming VIP when you’ve already been one for six months

Just error after error (there are slots that haven’t been working for 4–5 months, and they had free spins at stakes of 800–1500 ₽ that never got spun and you can’t get into the games)

They kept “looking into it, looking into it” until I just gave up, having to repeat myself to each operator like an idiot, spamming screenshots and so on

Not long ago the wager on cashout (the maximum payout limit after wagering) became x3 and x5 for cashback and everything else, when it used to be x10; meanwhile they left the wagering requirements at x50 and x45 (even that’s ridiculous)

The VIP manager just pastes templates like regular support, withdrawals — not a single instant one, you wait 12–24 hours. No personal no-deposit bonuses or VIP bonuses, despite depositing every day, 100k+ per week. (they say the system hasn’t figured out your bonus yet)
